Exchange/Shipping Policy

At Gigi's we pride ourselves on customer service and providing our customers with quality products.
If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. The original amount of item minus shipping costs will be credited. 
Any item that was bought with a discount code or on sale, is considered a final sale.
All footwear and undergarments are considered final sale. 
All items must be in the original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Gigi's is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If any item is lost during shipping, Gigi's will refund shipping costs only. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the Postal Service to determine the location of their package once Gigi's has confirmation of the delivery.
