Shipping & Exchanges

 

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping is $7.95 for the first item, and $2 for each additional item. 
  • Shipping is FREE on orders over $150.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours- unless the item is a preorder or Live Takeover. 
  • FREE local pickup is available in our Port Orchard, WA store ONLY.

Exchange Policy:

While we hope you love all your goodies from Gigi's, we know that sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We never want you to have an item, you will not wear. We want you to rock your Gigi's with confidence. 

Items ending in .00 or .88 are eligible for for exchange or in store credit. Please note the amount of days you have to return an item both in store and online BELOW. 

Items listed as sale , steal, LAST CHANCE, or ending in .99 are FINAL SALE. These items can not be exchanged. 

Undergarments, footwear, and jewelry are Final Sale. 

Any "cash back" items are FINAL SALE

Any coupon used on a purchase, is a ONE TIME coupon honored at the time of purchase. Coupons can not be redeemed  again on any other purchases including an exchange purchase. 

In-store purchases are available for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Online purchases are eligible for exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. If you earned cash back loyalty while shopping one of our lives, the amount percentage of the loyalty earned will be deducted from your store credit amount  

Our fulfillment turn around time is 1-2 business days and we are open 7 days a week. Therefore, items should be able be received in shipping or  in store pick up within the time frame. If you have a circumstance in which you are not able to pick up your item within the 2 week timeframe, please reach out to customercare@gigisemporium.com to work with us on a timeline of when you will be able to pick up your items. 

Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. You must provide a receipt when exchanging an item. Items will not be accepted without a receipt. To find your receipt on your app- go to your account history and locate your order number. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

If you would like to return an item, visit our store at 738 Bay St. Port Orchard, WA 98366 within the time-frame listed above, or send the item back to the store address listed above. Be sure to include your name on the return address. Once your item is received, we will credit your account within 48 hours or send an exchange if the item is still available at your request. When initiating an exchange that is not in person, please email us at customercare@gigisemporium.com so we know your item is on the way and can communicate any exchanges you may need. 

No items will be accepted for exchange outside of the time-frame listed above. Please honor our policies, as it helps things running smoothly for all of our staff and customers.
