Our current app platform- COMMENTSOLD has broken ties with our other platform Shopify.

This is not as easy as just go get another app platform Danielle.- this is going to be a slower than we want process.

For what feels like forever, we have been operating on 2 platforms- Shopify for our website and POS and Commentsold for our APP.
This has been nothing but an agonizing process for us to make processes work within 2 systems.

I have researched many different app platforms and many are having significant glitches with so many users coming over from Comment Sold.
I am not willing to throw all of our eggs in a basket until we have vetted each. It does not make sense for me to train staff and spend hours learning a new system to then switch.
